Fear is an unpleasant emotion caused by the threat of danger, pain, or harm.
However big your fears are in front of you, you have to choose one of the four ways to go, you can go over it, under it or around it. But if you really want to put fear behind it you, you need to walk straight through it.
Once you’ve walked through it and left it behind, all you need to do is to leave it there and always remember these points:
1. FEAR is just an illusion and FAITH is what keeps us moving. So you need to switch the “F’s” Fear with Faith.
2. DEFEAT is a state of mind that we go through and VICTORY is the vision that lifts us back up.
3. PAIN is the feeling that we bare but STRENGTH is the gift that we receive when the pain is over.
Therefore shutter your doubts, break through your fears and keep moving forward.
